Bala Town Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of 25 year old Goalkeeper Kelland Absalom from fellow Cymru Premier side Penybont!
The Town's newest recruit signs from Penybont having spent the past season at the SDM Glass Stadium, racking up 26 appearances and nine clean sheets during his stay.
The Welshman has represented his country at U17's and U21's level, playing in 10+ matches for his National team, including the European U17's Championship in 2015, where he would make six appearances in the Qualifying Rounds, but would miss out from the Finals by a point in the Qualification stages.
The Goalkeeper would start his footballing career at Wigan Athletic, making it to the U18's before a move to Sweden to join Ytterhogdals IK. Absalom would spend over two years at Ytterhogdals IK, before earning a move to another Swedish side in Ostersund, where he would spend two months at the Club.
Absalom would return to Wales in January 2020, where he would join fellow Cymru Premier side Haverfordwest County, before having spells at Carmarthen Town, Merthyr Town and Barry Town.
Confirmation of Kelland's shirt number will be released in due course.
