Match Preview: Aberystwyth Town vs Bala Town

The Lakesiders make their way to Aberystwyth Town tonight, in our first mid-week match of the season, in the hunt for our first three points of the season.

The previous meeting saw Bala edge a 2-1 win at Park Avenue, with former player Gary Roberts scoring from the spot, and a Lassana Mendes header in the first half canceling out an early goal for the hosts.

Danger Man

Alex Darlington - Darlington, a Cymru Premier veteran at the age of 32 will most definitely cause problems for our backline should he feature. He's got a wealth of experience playing in the Cymru Premier, spending the majority of his career at The New Saints; winning countless trophies and competing in European competitions. He is yet to get off the mark this season, and will no doubt be hungry to notch his first goal tonight, therefore he is our danger man for tonight's game should he feature!
