The Lakesiders are back at Maes Tegid for what is potentially our penultimate home match of the season, as we take on our Gwynedd rivals Caernarfon Town in what is a huge clash in the race for Europe, with the Cofi's sitting just behind the Town in the league table with an eight point gap between us.
Our last outing was a big result against 2nd placed Connah's Quay Nomads last Friday, as a George Newell penalty was the only goal of the game, as the Town secured a pivotal three points in the race for a European place with a 1-0 victory.
The Cofi's bounced back from a humiliating defeat to The New Saints last weekend, as they took on Newtown at the Oval; collecting their first three points of Phase Two with a 1-0 victory courtesy of a Danny Gosset goal in the first half.

Danger Man
Adam Davies: The 27 year old has been leading the line for the Cofi's since joining from Airbus UK last summer, and the Welshman has also been leading in terms of goals for his side, with 14 goals to his name in all competitions. Davies; despite having prolific players such as Sion Bradley and Zack Clarke around him, has been the stand out man for Richard Davies' side, and will be looking to add to his goals tally this evening, in an attempt to damage the Town's chase for the final European place.
Previous Meetings
The Lakesiders are unbeaten in our last nine meetings with our Gwynedd rivals, with six wins and three draws in all competitions. However, our last two meetings have ended with a share of the points in the JD Cymru Premier, with two 1-1 draws in the first half of this season despite the Town going ahead in both games. The last victory for the Cofi's in this fixture was in May 2021 at the Oval, as the Town suffered a 3-0 defeat, having already qualified for Europe the weekend prior.
