After having the last weekend off due to Storm Darragh, the Lakesiders return to action with a JD Welsh Cup Last 16 clash with Caerau Ely in a repeat of last season's Last 16 tie.
Following last weekend's postponement, the Town enter today's match on the back of a superb 1-0 victory over The New Saints, after George Newell's first half penalty was enough to seal a vital three points in the final sprint for a top six place.
On the other hand, Caerau Ely come into today's game in a good run of form, having managed four league and one JD Welsh Cup victory in their last five outings, although postponements have meant they have not played since the 22nd of November after their 3-0 win against Afan Lido.

Danger Man
Liam Bishop: The 23 year old has found some form in his last few appearances, having been involved in seven goals in his last six matches and lifting his side up to 8th in the table after only winning two league games prior to November. Bishop was involved in the goals in Round Three of the JD Welsh Cup, where Caerau Ely hit eight past Rogerstone AFC in an 8-1 victory as Bishop grabbed one of the eight goals. Despite not being involved in any of the goals, the Welshman was involved in Caerau Ely's progression to the Third Round of the JD Welsh Cup after winning on penalties against JD Cymru Premier side Barry Town after an enthralling 3-3 draw in normal time.
