It's Bank Holiday action for the Town today as we make the short journey over to the Oval to face Caernarfon Town, as the Lakesiders look to continue their unbeaten start to the season
The Town have recorded two wins and a draw to start the 2024/25 season, with wins over both newly promoted sides Flint Town and Briton Ferry Llansawel, and a 1-1 draw against Barry Town on the opening day.
The hosts have started their season with a win and a defeat, having had their opening day fixture against The New Saints postponed due to the Saints' involvement in European competition. It was a much improved outing for the Cofi's last time out against Newtown, having put four goals past the Robins after falling to defeat against Haverfordwest County.

Danger Man
Adam Davies - The 27 year old is already off the mark this season, having netted in his side's last outing against Newtown in what was a 4-0 win for the Canaries. It was a fine season for the Welshman last season, as Davies recorded 13 goals in 23 league appearances as his goals aided Caernarfon's European Play-Off success, in what would ultimately be a successful European campaign for the debutants in European competition. Davies will be well known to the Town defence today, having scored in this fixture at Maes Tegid in last season's 1-1 draw.
Previous Meetings
The last four meetings between the two sides have ended in score draws, with three 1-1 draws and one 2-2 draw, with the most recent meeting being the latter, as both sides fought out a 2-2 draw at the Oval to conclude the 23/24 league season. Prior to the four last meetings, the Town were victorious in five consecutive meetings in all competitions, with four league wins and one Nathaniel MG Cup triumph. The Canaries' last win in this fixture was back in May of 2021, as the Town suffered a 3-0 defeat at the Oval.
