The Essity Stadium will be the venue for where the Lakesiders will look to put the pressure back on our challengers for European qualification with our Friday night fixture against Flint Town.
The Silkmen have put up a strong fight for European qualification all season but have seemed to run out of energy as of late with the finish line in sight. It appears a miracle would be needed for Flint to clinch 2nd place now as they are nine points off with four games remaining.

Danger Man
Mark Cadwallader – With Michael Wilde an injury doubt for Friday’s fixture and Jack Kenny out on the sidelines, Flint will be looking for another outlet of goals on Friday night. Cadwallader will be hoping he is the man to provide some much-needed inspiration to lift the team against the Lakesiders. The midfielder has been a creative spark in the centre of the field for the Silkmen having contributed to ten goals for Flint this campaign. More recently the 33-year-old managed to get on the scoresheet against both Newtown and Penybont.
Previous Meetings
Our previous encounter with Flint came in our first home game of the championship conference as we played out a five-goal thriller at Maes Tegid. The Silkmen scored two wonderful goals that night, but it was the Lakesiders who clinched an important victory. Our front three of Will Evans, Dean Ebbe and Chris Venables combined with a goal apiece to edge us a 3-2 win against a tireless Flint side.
