It's back on the road for the Lakesiders to begin November, as we head into a month where we play no fixtures at home and we begin with a trip to Newtown's Latham Park!
The Town clawed a point from our last outing against Penybont, as Nathan Burke's fierce effort from around 20 yards out struck the back of the net in the 93rd minute, earning a point in 1-1 draw.
The Robins have struggled in their last three outings, having been knocked out of the JD Welsh Cup by Llanuwchllyn on penalties and have been defeated in their last two JD Cymru Premier fixtures against Cardiff Met and Barry Town.

Danger Man
Aaron Williams: The 31 year old sits in joint third place in this season's JD Cymru Premier top goalscoring charts, contributing to six of Newtown's twenty goals scored so far. Williams would score in the reverse fixture this season at Maes Tegid, as he opened the scoring in a 2-2 draw in September. The Englishman would also score in both Phase One fixtures between the two sides in last season's JD Cymru Premier, with Newtown and the Lakesiders taking a victory each in the first half of the season.
Previous Meetings
Both sides have met once already this season, as the Lakesiders fought back from 2-0 down to grab a point with goals from Aeron Edwards just before half-time, and an 80th minute equaliser from Nathan Peate. In the last five fixtures, the Town hold the bragging rights with two victories, whilst there has been two draws and the Robins recording one victory. Prior to the 2022/23 JD Cymru Premier Championship Conference, the Lakesiders were unbeaten in 11 fixtures in all competitions against Newtown, with just one draw in 11 meetings and the other 10 being victories.
