Match Preview: Penybont vs Bala Town
We make the long trip down to South Wales on matchday eleven as we face Penybont at the SDM Glass Stadium. Penybont sit currently in 6thplace in the Cymru Premier which is the last remaining championship conference place and are only three points behind the Lakesiders in 4th.
The previous meeting between us came in the opening game of the season as we played out a two-all draw in the reverse fixture at MaesTegid. Sam Snaith gave Bont the lead early on that day, before Will Evans & Dave Edwards struck back to turn the game around, yet the visitors responded themselves from the spot as Kane Owen equalised. There was also late drama as Chris Venables was sent off in the last minute as both sides held out for a point apiece.

Danger Man
James Waite – The Cardiff City academy product is a man in form having scored two goals last week in a three-nil win against strugglers Aberystwyth Town. This saw him included inthe 5-on-form, team of the weekend by Sgorio as he was deservedly recognised for his superb performance. The midfielder signed on a permanent deal with Penybont in the summer having been released by Cardiff. Since then, he has scored seven goals for Bont, five of which came in the league along with one assist proving his attacking threat from midfield.
